Turns out I’m normal

and so is Peanut.

We are now getting used to going for a daily walk whether we want to or not, eating small, frequent meals of a reasonably healthy nature, piling up a ridiculous number of pillows in bed, not sleeping much at night-time and not being able to sit at the computer for long in one go.

I love it!

I’ve been reading Libby Purves’ How Not to be a Perfect Mother in fits of giggles and I realise that there is no point striving for something I cannot be any more. My idea for the day was not to hurry, and it is working a treat.
